• After removing the all the packing material, clean the heating cup by filling with clean water.
• Connect the cord properly to the heating cup and ensure that it is fitted properly.
• The indicator lights up. The heating cup is now working. Ensure that there is proper voltage supply at your home.
• Users must note that you may experience fume coming out from the heating cup for the first time. Therefore, it is suggested to boil the water and rinse it thoroughly twice before using.Open the lid carefully as the metal body may be heated.
  Always disconnect the power supply and allow to cool before cleaning.
• Always remove the cord from your heating cup before cleaning.
• The exterior of the appliance should be cleaned, if necessary, with slightly damped cloth.
• Take additional care while cleaning the base of the heating cup, and avoid water filling inside the base so as they don’t come in direct contact with water which may result in appliance malfunction.
• Never use metal polish/abrasive cleaners which can hinder the surface of the appliance.
• Never immerse the heating cup,cord and plug in water.
• Do not place the heating cup on or near slippery or hot surfaces.
• Do not use heating cup empty.

2. The heating Cup is not intended for commercial use.
3. Place the heating cup on a stable, level and heat resistant surface always from hot objects, like naked flames.
4. The power code must be fixed properly to the base of heating cup. The user should be careful and check the power cord reach the base unit from the socket without any straining in connection and leave sufficient space all around the kettle.
5. Do not use the appliances without water in it. Dry cooking is forbidden to this cup, if such evidence is found warranty would stand invalid.
6. Never open the lid of the heating cup while it is still in operation, switch off the appliances first.
7. Be careful while washing so that water do not enter the socket.

1. D o not use this appliance with damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions.
2. To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord , plug, heating cup in the water or other liquids.
3. Do not use the device outdoors.
4. The base and the handle of the product is made up of plastic/Bakelite and extra care must be taken while handling the same as to avoid breakage. Please note that there is no warranty on the heating cup base.
5. Should the device become moist or wet, remove the mains plug from the socket immediately. Do not reach into the water.
6. Never use the device unsupervised! Switch off the device whenever you are not using it, even if this is for a moment.
7. Do not use the device with the moist hands.
8. Take care of water level which should not be too less or too much so that it hinders proper working of the appliances.
9. Keep children away from the appliance.
10. The appliance is not intended to be used by children or person with reduced physical sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

This Lee Star Electric Heating cup is fully warranted against any defect arising out of defective materials or faulty workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Should any defect develop in this product, the customer should bring the product along with this warranty card to the nearest authorized service provider, where the company undertakes to get the product repaired.

The Claim would be said valid only when:-

• The product has been purchased from the authorised dealer.
• The warranty card(duly signed & stamped) and purchase receipt along with the defective product is brought at the end users cost to the service provider or the dealer.
• The original serial number is not removed/obliterated or altered from the product.
• The same is used in accordance with the instruction manual accompanying the product.

Warranty is not valid if:-

• Normal wear and tear of the product and/ or parts to that can be consumable parts in their nature or that are made of Bakelite or plastic.
• Failure due to indirect or consequential damages.
• Failure due to accident, misuse, negligence, voltage fluctuation or non observation of local regulations on the part of user.
• Where the appliance has been used for commercial application or non-domestic use.
• Where the damages/ dent is caused due to negligence or misuse or arises in transit. If boil the milk (want to make tea 1st pour the water and boil it.)

Liabilities under terms of warranty is limited to the value of the repairs/replacement of the parts found to be defective within the warranty period. All Parts may have been replaced shall become the property of the company.

For the appliance to be used correctly the user should follow all instructions as per user’s manual and should be abstain from any actions or use that are describe as undesired or which are warned against in the instructions for use.

   The decision of company is final and binding on all matters arising out of this warranty.
