- All original packaging, accessories, and tags are intact
- The serial number is clearly visible and untampered
- The packaging is in the same condition as received

Shipping Guidelines for Returns
- Customers are responsible for the shipping charges involved in returning any product—regardless of the reason for return.
- We strongly recommend using a reliable courier service and sharing the tracking details with our team.
- Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original box with all accessories to prevent damage during transit.
- Lee Star will not be liable for any loss or damage caused during the return transit. Returns received in damaged condition due to improper packaging may be rejected.
Refund or Replacement
- After receiving and inspecting the product, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement, based on your request and product availability.
- Inspection may take 2–4 working days post receipt of return.
Important Note:
- Items that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected and returned back to the customer.
- We request you to retain proof of shipping (e.g., tracking number).
