- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges apply based on your location and order value.
- Free Shipping: May be available on all products. Conditions apply.
Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details to follow your shipment status.
- Lee Star partners with reliable logistics providers to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Delivery Areas
- We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.
- Remote or out-of-delivery areas may experience longer delivery timelines.
- International shipping is currently not available.
Order Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.
- Contact our support team promptly to request cancellation.
- If approved, your refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
After Shipment
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
- If you still wish to reject the delivery, the product must be returned unopened and unused, and shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
Refund Guidelines
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the product is received and inspected.
- In case of rejection upon delivery, the product must be returned in original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
Exceptions
- Bulk orders are not eligible for cancellation or return once processed.
- Any attempt to cancel or return a damaged or used product will result in rejection of refund claim.
