USAGE

BEFORE FIRST USE
Clean the parts that will come in contact with food using soapy water
and rinse thoroughly before using for the first time. Please read
carefully all the information given in these instructions, it gives you
important tips about the use, the safety and the care.
USING HAND BLENDER
1. Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredients.
2. Plug-in and turn on the appliance and press the speed button to
start.
3. Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up and down.
Note: For best results, use the blender in a deeper utensil/pot.
AVOID SPRAY/SPLASHING
a) Hold the blender bar straight.
b) Don’t switch on till it is well inside the food container.
c) Switch off before lifting it out of the container.

FUNCTIONS OF BLADES

1. Chopper/Mincer Blade- A multipurpose blade that
takes care of all your blending, mincing, mixing and
mashing needs.
2. Blender/Whisk Blade – The whisk blade is used to
stir, whisk and mix all liquids without foaming and to
beat eggs or curd.
3. Aerator/Beater Blade – The blade aerates,
emulsifies and whips batters and dough for making
cakes, lassi, cream or banana shake.

CARE & MAINTAINENCE

1. Clean the appliance after each use.
2. Switch the appliance off, and unplug it.
3. Don’t use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents or solvents.
4. Don’t use any part of the appliance in a dishwasher.
5. Don’t put motor unit in water or any other liquid.
6. Use a soft dry cloth to clean the motor unit.

WARRANTY

This Lee Star Appliance is fully warranted against any defect arising out of defective materials or faulty workmanship for a period of one year on product and two years on motor from the date of purchase. Should any defect develop in this product, the customer should bring the product along with this warranty card to nearest authorized service centre, where the company undertakes to get the product repaired.

Warranty is not valid if :

  • The use and care instructions have not been followed.
  • Defects are caused by accident, misuse, faulty handling, commercial use or damage in transit.
  • Plastic cards are not covered under this warranty.
  • The repair work is carried out by persons not authorized by the company.
  • Any modification or alteration of any nature is made to the product.
  • Normal wear and tear of the product is not covered under warranty.
  • The bill/ cash memo and copy of warranty card is not presented.
  • Under no circumstances, whether based on limited warranty or otherwise shall the company be liable for incidental, special or consequential damages.
  • Use of product indicates acceptance by you of the above said terms and conditions.
